The supplier will inspect the product after it is returned, and if it is discovered that the product was damaged upon arrival at the supplier's warehouses, the supplier will be entitled to claim damages due to defects in the returned product. In the event of a transaction cancellation not due to a defect and/or non-conformity, it is the customer's responsibility to return the product at his own expense to the supplier's warehouses according to the address provided to him by the company's customer service. In this case, the customer pays expenses for round-trip shipping and receives a credit for the cost of the product purchased and returned. Please note: According to the law, cancellation fees of up to 5% of the product cost or 100 NIS - whichever is lower - can be charged.
