In the event of a transaction cancellation not due to a defect and/or non-conformity, it is the customer's responsibility to return the product at his own expense to the supplier's warehouses according to the address provided to him by the company's customer service. In this case, the customer pays expenses for round-trip shipping and receives a credit for the cost of the product purchased and returned. Please note: According to the law, cancellation fees of up to 5% of the product cost or 100 NIS - whichever is lower - can be charged. We do not wish to charge this fee from our customers and generally do not do so, except in rare cases and taking into account the requirements of the product supplier and the specific case.
